Organic White Couscous
Couscous is a source of B vitamins and minerals. It is cooked and shaped into semolina balls. Wheat, millet and barley are used for production. Couscous contains mainly carbohydrates because it is made from semolina, but it also contains a lot of protein and fibre with very little fat and salt.
