Purchasing from Refillz Zero Waste Ltd. indicates that you accept the following Terms & Conditions.

Pricing

All of our prices and products are subject to availability and can change at any point prior to the acceptance of your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

Please note that we use a third party courier service, because of this we cannot guarantee goods will arrive at a certain time etc. However, we strive to ensure that goods are packaged and posted promptly and will work with you and the courier company if any issues arise. Please leave special delivery requirements in the comment section at the checkout. Our products are delivered by courier all over Ireland. We do not currently deliver outside of Ireland. The price of delivery is €5.50.

Allergen Information

Although we strive to ensure our products are separate and packed carefully, the food sold from our shop may have been stored with other products that contain allergens. Traces of allergens or bi-products of the following: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans and soy products, egg, pollen and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley oats, spelt, dairy, and other products that may behave as allergens to certain people.

No allergen or nutritional information on our website should ever be considered a guarantee. They are simply an effort in good faith to provide as much information as possible to our customers.
