Organic White Quinoa
Although it looks like a seed, it is actually more of a cereal that is naturally gluten-free. It is very rich in protein and contains even 2x more fibre than other common cereals. In the kitchen, quinoa is a treasure! It is perfect as a stand-alone side dish instead of rice, for example. You can make it sweet or savoury. Surprisingly, both combinations go well with quinoa.
