Garlic is the second most cultivated Allium after onion. Flaked garlic is made by cutting fresh garlic into thin slices and dried in tunnel type dehydrators. Our 100% sliced dehydrated flaked garlic is GMO-Free and imported from China. Use flaked garlic with recipes that require slow cooking times in order for the flavour to be released slowly. Bear in mind that half a teaspoon is the equivalent of 1 clove.
